CA Prateek Jaju, FCA, CS, LL.B., B.Com, is a founding partner of Shah Jaju & Associates and leads Indirect Tax. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 and as a Company Secretary at nineteen. He has led GST implementation, advisory, and litigation for listed and unlisted companies in pharma, plastics, manufacturing, chain stores, D2C retail, and transport.

He has handled GST department audits and anti-evasion matters, representation before authorities including CESTAT, search and seizure work including DGGI matters, and bank and stock audits for public sector banks. His work stays on the same file as audit and direct tax so the return and the department reply do not pull in different directions.
